We have the technical and management expertise to help businesses grow and prosper in this age of e-commerce. On the technical side we have the wherewithal to develop new media solutions for businesses and get an effective web page up and online very quickly.

On the management side, our consultants have worked for 20 or 30 years for several companies and their knowledge and experience enable them to quickly analyze a business problem and find a solution that otherwise would require a great deal of expense and time on your part. Our experience includes work in the paper converting, metals, plastics, and several "job shop" industries as well as call center and customer service operations.

Paul Larson is the founder and network coordinator of The Myrddin Group and he brings over thirty years experience as a successful operations executive to the group.

Paul has held the senior operations executive position in paper converting, sand and investment casting, plastic molding and decorating, and screen- printing companies. He is a broad gauged executive who has worked in environments as diverse as mid town Manhattan and rural middle-America.

In addition to having personally implemented the insights we offer, he has also taught this material at the college level. He has taught related courses at the University of Phoenix online and is a member of the adjunct faculty in the business school at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.
